We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking Groundskeeper / General Maintenance Worker to assist with the upkeep and appearance of multiple store locations. This position plays an important role in maintaining clean, safe, and professional-looking properties for both customers and employees. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, dependable, able to work independently, and comfortable performing a variety of outdoor and general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities Include:

Mowing grass, weed eating, edging, and trimming shrubs Maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of store grounds Painting parking lot lines, curbs, and other exterior areas as needed Performing minor painting and touch-up projects around store locations Gathering and transporting cardboard boxes and debris to the landfill Completing miscellaneous maintenance and repair tasks Assisting with general property upkeep and organization Identifying maintenance issues and reporting them when necessary Safely operating lawn equipment, hand tools, and basic maintenance equipment

Work Schedule:

Primarily Monday through Friday during daytime hours Occasional Saturday work may be required depending on business needs and projects

Qualifications:

Must be dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift, carry, bend, stoop, and perform physical labor throughout the day Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required Valid driver's license preferred Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance while working at store locations If you feel you qualify for this position we look forward to hearing from you.
