Key Responsibilities & Expectations Field Leadership & Communication Team Motivation:

Demonstrate strong communication skills and a positive attitude to help motivate crew members and maintain high morale.

Professional Presence:

Wear the provided Bland Landscaping uniform, maintain sturdy work boots, and always present yourself in a clean, polite, and professional manner to clients and team members.

Company Alignment:

Adhere to and enforce all of Bland Landscaping's corporate policies, procedures, and core values.

Safety & Equipment Operations Equipment & Chemical Safety:

Practice and promote absolute safety when handling landscape equipment, machinery, and commercial chemicals.

PPE Compliance:

Consistently wear all company-provided personal protective equipment (PPE), including eye and ear protection, as required by safety tasks.

$16 - $ 20 per hour
