Groundskeeper Vista Capital Management Group - 3.1 North Charleston, SC Job Details Part-time $18 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Outdoor work experience High school diploma or GED Property maintenance Driver's License Attention to detail Full Job Description About the Role Vista Management is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Groundskeeper to join our property management team on a part-time basis. In this role, you'll help keep our residential community looking its best — maintaining grounds, amenities, and building exteriors so residents and guests are always greeted by a clean, well-cared-for property. What You'll Do Perform daily upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and common areas Remove trash from office areas and around the community perimeter daily Help prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including trash removal ("trash-outs") Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager with assigned maintenance tasks Help clean available apartments and model units Assist with snow removal when needed Report maintenance or repair concerns in available units, models, the clubhouse, and common areas Maintain excellent curb appeal throughout the property Deliver resident communications and documentation Follow company, OSHA, and health code safety standards; keep work areas clean weekly Take on other duties as assigned What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent knowledge/skills Entry Level Friendly just ask that you have a working knowledge of yard tools and basic equipment Comfortable working outdoors in different seasons, using hand tools, operating machines, and performing general repairs Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly, climb stairs, bend, stoop, kneel, and be on your feet for extended periods Friendly, helpful communication style — you'll interact with residents regularly Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Flexible availability, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays for on-call emergencies Schedule Part-time, approximately 16-25 hours per week. Weekly schedule to be determined. Must be available to respond to occasional on-call emergency requests.
