Opportunity Type:

Contract Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds Clean breezeways, stairwells, and common areas Remove trash from dumpsters, common areas, and exterior spaces Perform light landscaping tasks such as: Raking, blowing, and debris removal Watering plants and maintaining flower beds Assist maintenance staff with basic tasks as needed Report any maintenance or safety concerns to onsite staff Requirements Previous groundskeeping or general labor experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Positive attitude and willingness to support the onsite team How to Apply If you're a dependable worker who takes pride in keeping a community clean and welcoming, BG Staffing would love to connect with you.
