$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed

Full-time Job Description We are seeking dependable and hardworking Landscaping Crew Members to support commercial landscape maintenance services in Longs, SC. This position is a great opportunity for individuals with previous landscaping experience who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and working as part of a team. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and able to perform hands-on landscaping duties in a professional and efficient manner. Responsibilities Perform general landscaping and grounds maintenance duties, including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, weeding, planting, and cleanup Operate landscaping tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, power tools, and other related equipment Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites, tools, and equipment Follow instructions from crew leaders, supervisors, and management Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines Assist with routine cleaning and basic maintenance of tools and equipment Communicate professionally and respectfully with team members, supervisors, and customers Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards Participate in training as needed Qualifications Previous landscaping, grounds maintenance, or similar outdoor work experience required Commercial landscaping experience preferred Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and carrying Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work well as part of a team and follow directions Reliable transportation to and from the designated reporting location Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required Driver's License A valid driver's license is preferred but not required. Candidates with a valid driver's license may be considered for driving duties. Candidates selected for driving responsibilities may be required to provide a copy of their license for approval and complete any required screening, which may include a drug test and DOT physical. Physical Requirements This role requires outdoor physical labor and may include lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and operating equipment for extended periods. Work Environment This position is performed primarily outdoors and may involve exposure to heat, cold, rain, humidity, dust, noise, and other typical landscaping conditions. Employees are expected to follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment when applicable.
