Job Overview Join our lawncare company and help maintain both residential and commercial accounts. Job includes mowing, edging, as well as mulch and pine straw installs, spring/fall cleanups, hedge trimming, and various other tasks. Looking for someone that pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work. Lawn care experience is preferred but no required. Must pass a drug test, background check have a valid drivers license and own transportation. Responsibilities Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools to maintain lawns, gardens, with precision and care Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as edging, pruning, planting, and mulching to promote healthy growth and visual appeal Maintain equipment through routine inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance Requirements Prior outdoor work experience or background in grounds maintenance or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment operation is essential for safe and effective work Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while operating machinery Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor throughout the day This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to contribute to outdoor projects while honing their skills in landscape maintenance.
