Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Grounds Management Crew Lead to lead a 2-4 man crew working to maintain and beautify commercial, industrial, HOA, and Residential sites in the Greenville-Spartanburg area. In this energetic role, you will lead a team of groundskeeping professionals, ensuring high-quality landscape maintenance and plant care. Your leadership will drive exiecution of successfully upholding the aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties. Duties Lead and supervise crew responsible for landscape maintenance, gardening, and groundskeeping activities. Manage irrigation systems— repair, and maintenance—to ensure optimal water efficiency across various landscapes. Identify plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper care and health; perform pruning, fertilizing, and pest control as needed. Operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently—including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and company vehicles—while adhering to safety protocols. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental regulations while maintaining high standards of quality and aesthetics. This is a very hands on position and HARD work is part of the job. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, horticulture or groundskeeping with a focus on outdoor work environments. Supervising or crew management experience in landscaping or grounds management preferred. Strong knowledge of plant identification, tree care practices, irrigation systems, and equipment operation. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and motivate staff toward excellence. Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely; experience with company vehicle operation is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Pay:

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 - 45.0 per week
