Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities and grounds. This is a vital role in maintaining the appearance and functionality of our property.Duties:
- Mowing
- Weed Eating
- Raking Bunker
- Position not limited to those duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or related field preferred
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and their proper usage
- Familiarity with garden and landscape maintenance techniques
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
