Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor areas vibrant and well-kept Operate groundskeeping equipment including lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools safely and efficiently Support tree care activities like trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure proper watering schedules Apply landscape treatments including fertilization, pesticide management, and weed control following safety protocols Perform hardscape work such as installing or repairing pathways, patios, or retaining walls as needed Follow all safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members Qualifications Prior outdoor work experience or background in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment operation and maintenance Familiarity with plant identification, horticulture practices, and lawn care techniques Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, irrigation systems, and other groundskeeping equipment safely Knowledge of pesticide management and safety protocols for chemical application Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify plant health issues or landscape concerns quickly Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adhere to safety standards at all times This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about outdoor environments who want to grow their skills in landscape maintenance.
