Lawn Care Crew Member Bartscher Lawn Care Solutions Position Summary Bartscher Lawn Care Solutions is seeking a dependable, hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member to join our growing team. This position is responsible for providing high-quality lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, and property maintenance services for both residential and commercial customers. We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, have a positive attitude, and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Primary Responsibilities Mow, trim, edge, and maintain residential and commercial properties. Operate commercial lawn equipment safely and efficiently. Perform weed control and fertilizer applications (training provided if needed). Assist with landscape installation and maintenance projects. Prune shrubs, remove weeds, mulch landscape beds, and maintain clean properties. Load, unload, and maintain company equipment and trailers. Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance on equipment. Maintain a clean and organized shop, vehicles, and trailers. Provide professional and courteous customer service. Follow all company safety procedures and policies. Assist with irrigation start-ups, shutdowns, and repairs (as trained). Participate in snow removal operations during the winter months, including shoveling, snow blowing, plowing, salting, and ice management. Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift 50-75 pounds repeatedly. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions. Preferred Skills Experience operating commercial zero-turn mowers. Experience pulling trailers. Knowledge of lawn care practices and landscape maintenance. Experience operating skid loaders, compact equipment, or tractors is a plus. Snow removal experience is beneficial but not required. Work Schedule Full-Time (Seasonal with opportunity for year-round employment) Monday-Friday Occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime during peak seasons or snow events. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting. Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, and windy conditions.
