We provide professional tree care for residential and commercial customers and are looking for a dependable Groundsman to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in a job well done, this is a great opportunity to build your skills in the tree care industry. What You'll Do Assist with tree pruning and tree removal projects Help with storm damage cleanup, stump removal, grove cleanup, and debris removal Safely operate and maintain chainsaws and other equipment Manage ropes and communicate with climbers and equipment operators Load and unload logs, brush, tools, and equipment Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe Perform general equipment maintenance and inspections Follow company safety procedures at all times Qualifications Valid driver's license required Ability to lift and carry 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team Tree service, landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred, but not required CDL is a plus, but not required What We Offer $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience Full-time employment On-the-job training and skill development Opportunity to work with an experienced team that values safety and quality workmanship Variety of outdoor work on residential and commercial projects About Complete Tree Service Complete Tree Service LLC provides professional tree pruning, tree removal, stump removal, storm damage cleanup, and grove cleanup for residential and commercial properties in Sioux Falls and the surrounding area.
