GROUNDSKEEPER

Revised Personnel Staffing Agency is looking for a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and overall curb appeal of an apartment community.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain lawns, landscaping, flower beds, and common areas Mow, edge, weed, trim, and blow assigned areas Pick up trash and keep the property clean and presentable Maintain sidewalks, breezeways, parking areas, and community spaces Assist with seasonal landscaping and outdoor projects Remove debris and maintain dumpster areas Perform basic grounds and exterior maintenance Report safety hazards, property damage, or maintenance concerns Assist the maintenance team with general tasks as needed Follow property safety and appearance standards

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous apartment groundskeeping or landscaping experience preferred Knowledge of basic landscaping equipment and tools Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be dependable, professional, and resident-friendly
