Key responsibilities include mowing, planting, trimming, and fertilizing; operating equipment like mowers and tractors; and performing maintenance tasks such as irrigation repair and snow removal. Core Responsibilities Landscaping & Horticulture:

Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and grass; weeding, pruning, and mulching garden beds.

Turf Maintenance:

Mowing, edging, aeration, and fertilization of lawns and athletic fields.

Property Upkeep:

Removing litter, leaves, and debris to ensure clean walkways, parking lots, and common areas.

Equipment Operation:

Using hand tools and heavy machinery, such as tractors, mowers, chainsaws, leaf blowers, and snowblowers.

Irrigation Maintenance:

Installing, repairing, and monitoring sprinkler systems.

Safety & Repairs:

Required Skills & Qualifications Physical Stamina:
