Landscape LaborerJoin Our Landscaping Crew We're looking for hardworking, dependable people who aren't afraid of physical work. Experience is a plus, but it's not required . If you show up on time, work hard, and are willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest. This is a project-to-project position , meaning work is scheduled based on upcoming landscaping projects. If you're looking for honest work and want to earn money by working hard, we'd love to have you on our team. Pay $16-$20 per hour , depending on experience, work ethic, and performance. Job Responsibilities Install plants, mulch, rock, sod, and flower beds Assist with patios, retaining walls, drainage, and other landscape installations Load and unload trucks, trailers, and materials Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely Keep job sites clean and organized Work efficiently with the crew to complete projects on time Requirements Must be dependable and show up on time Must be able to work outdoors in the Texas heat Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Must have a strong work ethic and positive attitude Must be willing to learn and take direction Reliable transportation to and from the job site Experience Previous landscaping or construction experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train someone with the right attitude.
