Job Description
We are a growing landscape company seeking a reliable, hardworking Landscape Crew Member to join our team. This is a hands-on outdoor position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in quality results, and works well with others. What You'll Do Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing Assist with landscape installations (plants, sod, mulch, irrigation, trees, etc.) Pruning trees and shrubs Operate landscaping equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Load/unload tools and materials Follow directions from crew leader and work efficiently as a team Maintain clean and professional job sites What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor all day Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Landscape experience required Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday (some Saturdays may be optional) Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Growth opportunities within the company Training provided Why Work With Us We value hard work, teamwork, and doing the job right the first time.
