Groundskeeper/Maintenance Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper/Maintenance professional to maintain the appearance and functionality of our outdoor and indoor spaces. This role involves performing routine landscaping, groundskeeping, and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and attractive environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to seasonal needs, with hours that may vary accordingly. Duties Perform landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and watering to uphold the aesthetic quality of grounds. Maintain outdoor features such as pathways, fences, and lighting fixtures. Conduct general maintenance activities including repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of facilities and equipment. Keep work areas organized and ensure tools and materials are properly stored for safety and efficiency. Assist with seasonal tasks that may include snow removal or other weather-related groundskeeping duties. Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries. Adapt work hours based on seasonal needs to ensure optimal grounds maintenance throughout the year. Qualifications Prior experience in groundskeeping or maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to operate basic landscaping and maintenance equipment safely. Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on keeping work areas tidy. Flexibility to work varying hours depending on seasonal demands. Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to completing assigned duties efficiently.
