Job Description

This PRN role provides targeted therapy coverage across both short-term rehabilitation units and long-term care floors. You will carry out established occupational therapy plans, guiding residents through daily routines to regain functional mobility. Therapy staff work directly alongside floor nurses and therapy leads to maintain consistent patient momentum. Responsibilities Guide residents through therapeutic exercises and functional tasks according to the established care plan. Document patient progress and daily treatment notes within the electronic health records system. Train residents in activities of daily living, including mobility and adaptive equipment usage. Report functional changes and treatment observations directly to the supervising Occupational Therapist. Work with the therapy team to maintain an organized treatment space.
Compensation, Schedule & Benefits Pay Rate:
Starting at $36-$40/hr, scaling upward with experience
