You will carry out targeted treatment plans for long-term care residents and short-term rehabilitation patients. Daily duties focus on direct patient care and progress tracking while working alongside our rehab team. Responsibilities Conduct bedside swallowing assessments and set up dysphagia management protocols. Administer targeted speech and cognitive-linguistic treatment sessions. Document patient evaluations and daily progress notes in the electronic health record. Partner with dietary staff to ensure appropriate diet textures and liquid consistencies. Communicate treatment plans and functional progress to residents and family members.
Compensation, Schedule & Benefits Pay Rate:
Starting at $50-$55/hr, scaling upward with experience
