Positions Available Landscape Crew Leader We're looking for experienced crew leaders who can take ownership of a job and help their team succeed.

Responsibilities include:

Leading and working alongside a landscape crew Keeping jobs organized, productive, and on schedule Communicating clearly with team members and management Ensuring work meets Grass Works quality standards Taking care of equipment, materials, and job sites Setting a strong example for the rest of the crew The ideal candidate is dependable, communicates well, has landscaping or lawn care experience, and is comfortable leading others in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Landscape Crew Member We're also hiring motivated crew members who are ready to work hard, learn, and be part of a dependable team.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with landscaping and lawn care projects Using landscaping tools and equipment safely Loading, unloading, and moving materials Keeping job sites clean and organized Following direction from crew leaders Working as a team to complete jobs efficiently and correctly Experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn are just as important.
