Part-Time Property Maintenance We are looking for a reliable, hardworking person to help with general property maintenance at the kennel and around our property. This is a part-time position, up to 15 hours per week , with the majority of the work being outdoors. Job Duties Weed eating — a large portion of the job Mowing and general lawn/property upkeep Picking up limbs, trash, and debris Keeping fence lines, buildings, and common areas cleaned up Light landscaping and trimming Other basic property maintenance as needed What We're Looking For Dependable and able to show up as scheduled Comfortable working outdoors and in the Texas heat Physically able to weed eat and perform manual outdoor work Able to work independently without constant supervision Takes pride in keeping a property clean and maintained Previous landscaping/property maintenance experience is a plus, but not required

Part-time We will provide equipment, gas, etc. This would be a good fit for someone looking for consistent part-time work and a flexible schedule .
