Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tractor/Shredder Operator. In this role, you will operate a large tractor with a 15-ft batwing shredder attachment to support our land management projects. Your expertise will help ensure efficient land maintenance, while adhering to safety standards. This is a temporary position expected to last approximately two months , with the possibility of additional work depending on business needs. Responsibilities Operate tractor and shredder, safely and efficiently for land shredding tasks. Perform routine maintenance, repairs and inspection on machinery and equipment using hand tools and power tools. Ensure compliance with safety standards in all equipment operation. Qualifications Proven experience operating tractors and shredders in farming or landscaping environments. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic repairs on machinery using hand tools and power tools. Dependable and willing to work. Able to work outdoors in South Texas weather Must be able to follow instructions and work well with a crew. Ability to follow safety standards rigorously while operating equipment and performing manual tasks. Drivers license a plus, but not required.

Job Details Location:

South Central Texas. You will leave from our yard in Cuero, TX, every day to travel to and from the job site in the crew truck. Home every night.
