Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness of community grounds, breezeways, and common areas

Pick up trash and debris throughout the property

Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and exterior upkeep

Support the maintenance team with general property tasks

Help prepare vacant units by removing trash and assisting with light cleanup

Power wash walkways and exterior surfaces as needed

Ensure the property remains clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests

Requirements

Previous porter, groundskeeping, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to property appearance

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
