Job Description
Overview We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team immediately for a dynamic role involving landscaping, lawn care, holiday light installation, sprinkler repairs and grounds maintenance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, enhance outdoor spaces, and bring seasonal projects to life with creativity and precision. Whether you're experienced in landscape maintenance or eager to learn new skills, this role provides a lively environment where your hands-on work makes a visible difference. All positions are paid, and we welcome applicants ready to start as soon as possible! Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate groundskeeping equipment including power tools, lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Install and take down holiday lighting displays with attention to detail and safety protocols Perform grounds repairs including hardscape work, planting beds, and sprinkler system adjustments or installations Assist with irrigator on repairs and/or installations. Experience not required but will be beneficial. Requirements Prior outdoor work experience preferred; enthusiasm for landscaping, gardening, or grounds maintenance is a plus Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscape maintenance equipment and power tools Understanding of irrigation systems and landscape hardscape features (a plus) Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor Weekends are not required but flexibility is a must Knowledge of safety procedures related to outdoor equipment operation and landscaping tasks Attention to detail with a proactive approach to grounds upkeep and seasonal projects Must have good worth ethic and the ability to represent Champion Services in a professional and respectable manner. Must have good attendance and punctuality. Hours and Compensation Weekly pay checks on Friday's, for the previous week's work Competitive pay with an increase observation period Monday through Friday schedule (possible Saturday's but not often) Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful environments!
