HRG Porter/Groundskeeper Summary Description:
This role is to maintain cleanliness inside and outside of the restaurant to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. All interviews for Chick-fil-A Pharr and Chick-fil-A La Plaza are held at our Pharr location: 2023 I-2, Pharr, TX 78577
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Cleaning and maintaining outside facilities- pressure washing the parking lot, dumpster pad, cleaning windows, etc. Maintaining clean floors, walls, surfaces, and dishes in restaurant during day-to-day operations. Complies with all national, state, and local regulatory requirements Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned. Represent the brand of Chick-fil-A and it's values when working, interacting with team members, guests, and vendors. Qualifications
EDUCATION
: High school diploma/GED equivalent or equivalent work experience
EXPERIENCE
: 1+ years' experience in restaurant industry or customer service (preferred) Must be able to communicate well with the general public Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with management, vendors and co-workers, and to work in a team environment Equipped with intermediate fundamentals, knowledge and work experience to execute job duties. Must be able to deliver high quality results that are both efficient and effective.

WORKING CONDITIONS/TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Expected to work the necessary time to satisfactorily fulfill job responsibilities Must be able to report to work timely and as required by operational/business needs Must be able to work a full-time schedule and work outside of normal business hours when necessary Must be able to travel both locally to worksites, meeting sites, and other locations Must possess a valid driver's license, submit to releasing a Motor Vehicle Record that adheres to the Chick-fil-A standards and maintain current automobile liability at minimum levels in their state of residence This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S. Employers may only use E-Verify once a job offer has been accepted and the Form I-9 is completed.
