MOWING CREW

CHIEF/LEAD- West Odessa and Notrees, Texas We are looking for a dependable and experienced Mowing Crew and Chief to lead a mowing and grounds maintenance crew in the Notrees, TX. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a small mowing/grounds maintenance crew Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, riding mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment Complete mowing and general grounds maintenance Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard Perform daily equipment checks and report maintenance issues Coordinate daily work assignments and keep the crew on schedule MUST Communicate professionally with owner, customers and management Train and help crew members follow proper work and safety procedures Qualifications Previous experience in commercial mowing, landscaping, or grounds maintenance Previous crew-lead or supervisory experience preferred Ability to safely operate commercial mowing equipment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in hot and changing weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and able to lead a team Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical work throughout the day

Compensation Pay:
