• Groundskeepers/Porters, under the supervision of the General Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor, are responsible for the general cleanliness of all assigned work areas.

Responsible for the interior/exterior cleanliness of the building Trash removal and operation of trash compactor Assisting in the preparation of vacant units Cleaning property common areas Care for property owned maintenance equipment Requirements for
