Landscape Maintenance & General Laborer Full-Time | Year-Round We are a family-owned and operated landscaping company looking for hardworking, dependable people to join our growing team. We primarily provide landscape maintenance for residential and commercial properties , but our work goes well beyond mowing and trimming. Our crews operate large equipment, install irrigation systems, install silt fences, build hardscapes, and handle a wide variety of landscape and outdoor construction projects. You don't need experience to apply. We are willing to train the right person. What we are looking for is someone who is willing to work hard, show up on time, learn, and take pride in what they do. What You'll Be Doing Depending on the job and your experience, your responsibilities may include: Landscape maintenance for residential and commercial properties Mowing, trimming, blowing, edging and general property cleanup Operating large equipment Installing and repairing irrigation systems Installing silt fences and erosion-control materials Hardscape installation and other outdoor construction Loading, unloading and moving materials General labor and job-site cleanup Working with a crew to complete jobs efficiently and professionally Learning new skills and taking on more responsibility as you progress What We're Looking For The most important thing to us is work ethic and dependability .

Show up on time and ready to work Are willing to work hard all day Can work in hot, cold, wet and otherwise difficult weather conditions Are physically capable of performing demanding outdoor work Are willing to learn new skills Follow directions and work well with a crew Take pride in doing quality work Take care of equipment and company property Represent the company professionally Do what they say they're going to do Want to grow and take on more responsibility Experience with landscaping, irrigation, hardscaping, heavy equipment or construction is a plus, but it is not required. Schedule This is full-time, year-round work .

Start time:
