Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, and planting to keep grounds vibrant and healthy. Operate groundskeeping equipment such as lawn mowers, power tools, chainsaws, and other landscaping machinery safely and efficiently. Conduct regular inspections of grounds to identify areas needing repair or enhancement Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols to promote healthy growth while minimizing environmental impact Handle manual labor tasks including heavy lifting, soil preparation, planting, and debris and manure removal with proper technique. Maintain equipment through routine cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance Requirements Proven experience in groundskeeping, l and landscape maintenance techniques Familiarity with the operation of power tools. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong understanding of equipment maintenance procedures to keep tools and machinery in top condition Knowledge of safety protocols related to power tool operation and manual handling practices Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles or similar transportation preferred Excellent attention to detail coupled with a proactive approach to grounds care and landscape enhancement This role offers a rewarding environment where your skills directly contribute to functionality of outdoor spaces. Pay:
