Monday-Thursday Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Landscaper / Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing grounds maintenance and landscaping services under the direction of a Crew Leader. Primary duties include mowing, edging, trimming, weed control, fertilizing, and maintaining detention and retention ponds and other commercial properties. This is an outdoor, physically active position that requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform general grounds maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, blowing, and fertilizing. Maintain detention and retention ponds and surrounding areas. Assist with the maintenance of commercial properties and stormwater facilities. Safely operate commercial zero-turn mowers and other grounds maintenance equipment. Operate landscaping tools and equipment, including blowers, string trimmers, edgers, and chainsaws. Load, unload, and properly secure tools, equipment, and materials. Follow all company safety procedures and instructions provided by the Crew Leader. Perform daily work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality. Keep equipment, vehicles, trailers, and work areas clean and organized. Communicate effectively with the Crew Leader and other team members. Assist with other field and grounds maintenance tasks as needed. Qualifications Landscaping, mowing, or grounds maintenance experience preferred. Experience operating commercial zero-turn mowers and other landscaping equipment preferred. Valid driver's license. Must be dependable and consistently report to work on time. Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, pulling, and climbing. Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather conditions, including heat, cold, and varying weather conditions. Comfortable working on uneven terrain and around detention and retention ponds. Ability to follow instructions and work safely and efficiently. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a crew.
