Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Crew Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining and enhancing the beauty of landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscaping, lawn care, and maintenance, requiring both physical stamina and self-problem solving skills. The Landscape Laborer will work in diverse environments, contributing to projects that include mowing, tree care, irrigation, and hardscape installations. Other duties include but are not limited to Christmas light installs, pressure washing and equipment maintance. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping projects. Assist in the installation and maintenance of landscapes. Engage in hardscape projects including patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion within deadlines. Experience Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is mandatory. Mechanical knowledge is essential for operating equipment and performing maintenance tasks. Familiarity with horticulture practices, gardening techniques, and landscape design principles is a plus. Experience with lawn care techniques including fertilization, aeration, and pest management is beneficial. Ability to handle physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
