In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor environments through landscaping, grounds maintenance, and landscape installation. Your expertise will help create beautiful, safe, and sustainable outdoor spaces that meet client specifications and industry standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity for outdoor work enthusiasts who are passionate about horticulture, landscape care, and environmental stewardship. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including trimming, pruning, and planting to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces Operate a variety of groundskeeping and landscaping equipment such as power tools, hedge trimmers, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Identify different plant species and assess their health to recommend appropriate care or pest management strategies Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscapes Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment Assist with seasonal tasks such as planting new color etc. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or groundskeeping roles Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery with precision Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture principles, and pest management practices Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting Understanding of safety procedures related to outdoor work environments and equipment operation Excellent outdoor work experience with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Join our team if you're ready to bring vibrant landscapes to life!
