Job Description
Overview Pay will be based on experience. Need reliable transportation to and from work, clean background check, valid Texas drivers license, and can speak English. Join our dynamic lawn care team as a Lawn Care Crew Member and become a vital part of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional landscapes! In this energetic role, you'll be hands-on with a variety of landscaping, maintenance, and gardening tasks that keep our clients' properties looking pristine. Whether you're trimming trees, mowing lawns, or operating power tools, your work will directly contribute to creating inviting outdoor environments. Duties Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers to maintain healthy and attractive lawns. Use hand tools and power tools for landscape maintenance, including edging, pruning, and planting. Perform tree care tasks like trimming, pruning, and sometimes using excavators or other machinery for larger projects. Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure optimal watering efficiency. Support hardscape projects by helping with the installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and minor repairs to ensure safety and efficiency. Experience Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred for operating and maintaining landscaping tools and machinery. Previous experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is advantageous but not required; we provide training! Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavator is a plus. Knowledge of horticulture principles or gardening practices helps enhance your effectiveness on the job. Experience in construction or hardscape installation can be beneficial for supporting larger projects. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina is essential. A proactive attitude towards safety protocols related to equipment use and landscape maintenance is highly valued.
