Silver Lands owns and manages a diverse portfolio of residential properties, including single-family homes, multi-family units, apartment complexes, and manufactured housing. A What You'll Do Mow, edge, and trim lawns and common areas across the community Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees through pruning, weeding, and seasonal planting Apply mulch, fertilizer, and weed control products as needed Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Perform seasonal cleanup, including leaf removal and snow/ice management as needed Maintain community roads, walkways, and common areas in a clean, presentable condition Assist with irrigation system checks and minor repairs Report larger maintenance or property issues to the maintenance team Follow all safety procedures when operating equipment and handling chemicals What We're Looking For Prior landscaping or grounds-keeping experience preferred, but not required Comfortable operating outdoor power equipment Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Full Time $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement within a growing company Silverlands is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
