TFG Fire Sprinkler Systems, LLC - Weslaco, TX Job description TFG Fire Sprinkler Systems is looking for an experienced Underground Utility Line Installer / Excavator Operator to lead our underground fire sprinkler installation crew.

Responsibilities:

Operate excavator and other equipment Lead and coordinate underground crew Excavate trenches and install underground fire lines Install pipe, valves, hydrants, backflow assemblies, and fittings Read and understand construction plans and elevations Ensure proper pipe depth, grade, and layout Coordinate testing, flushing, and inspections Work safely around existing utilities Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and GCs Maintain equipment and keep jobsites organized

Qualifications:

Underground construction experience required Excavator experience required Utility line experience preferred Experience leading a construction crew preferred Able to read plans and understand grades/elevations Valid driver's license Reliable and able to work independently

Monday-Friday, with Saturdays as needed based on project schedules

$15-$20/hour, depending on experience
