Logan & Brigham City, Utah We are looking for a dependable Grounds & Maintenance team member to help care for three RV parks in the Logan and Brigham City area. This is a hands-on position focused on keeping our properties clean, maintained, and in good condition for our guests and residents. Responsibilities General property maintenance and repairs Groundskeeping and landscaping Mowing, trimming, weeding, and general landscape upkeep Keeping common areas and outdoor spaces clean and well maintained Identifying maintenance needs and completing routine repairs Maintaining the overall appearance and condition of all three properties Assisting with seasonal property needs Supporting onsite teams as maintenance needs arise What We Are Looking For Dependable and able to work independently Takes pride in keeping properties clean and well maintained General landscaping and maintenance skills preferred Comfortable performing basic repairs and hands-on work Must have a valid driver's license Able to travel between three RV parks in the Logan and Brigham City area RV park, campground, apartment, hotel, or property maintenance experience is a plus Approximately 30 - 35 hours per week If you are dependable, hands-on, and enjoy keeping properties looking their best, we would like to hear from you.

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
