Professional Land Surveyor | Brigham City, UT Are you a licensed Professional Land Surveyor looking for an opportunity to lead projects, mentor survey teams, and play a key role in land development and infrastructure projects? We are seeking an experienced Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to oversee surveying operations, provide technical expertise, and ensure the delivery of accurate, high-quality survey products. Responsibilities Lead and manage survey operations, projects, and department workflows. Perform boundary analysis and resolve complex survey-related issues. Prepare and review ALTA/NSPS, boundary, topographic, and subdivision surveys. Research deeds, plats, easements, and historical property records. Draft and review legal descriptions and survey deliverables. Sign and seal survey documents in compliance with state regulations. Ensure quality assurance and quality control standards are maintained on all survey products. Mentor, train, and support field crews and Surveyors-in-Training (LSITs). Coordinate with engineering teams, clients, agencies, and project stakeholders. Review field data and verify survey accuracy before final delivery. Manage project schedules, workload priorities, and technical resources. Qualifications Active Utah Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required. Minimum 6 years of professional land surveying experience. Strong knowledge of boundary law, survey principles, and legal documentation. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Experience preparing ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and subdivision surveys. Ability to interpret deeds, title reports, plats, and easement documents. Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work collaboratively in an office-based environment.
