Duties Assist with landscape installation including planting, mulching, and hardscape setup to bring outdoor visions to life Perform groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning to maintain pristine landscapes Operate hand tools and power equipment safely for tasks like digging, raking, and debris removal Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure proper watering Identify various plants, shrubs, and trees to support healthy landscape development and plant health management Follow safety protocols diligently during all activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment Support pesticide management practices by applying treatments responsibly when necessary (training provided) Qualifications Prior outdoor work experience or background in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools Strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, gardening, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation Ability to identify different plant species and support horticultural practices effectively Knowledge of safety procedures related to equipment operation and pesticide handling Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions Willingness to learn new skills related to grounds maintenance and landscaping operations Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into stunning landscapes!
