Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Perform various maintenance person tasks such as mowing, tree trimming, and hardscape maintenance
• Use hand tools to maintain and build structures
• Provide tree care services including pruning, trimming, and removal
• Assist with garden maintenance, including planting, weeding, and watering
• Dig and prepare ground for landscaping projects
• Perform general groundskeeping duties to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in performing maintenance person tasks
• Knowledge of basic hand tools and their proper use
• Ability to operate equipment such as lawnmowers and trimmers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
