Precision Vein & Vascular is looking for an experienced, motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who wants more than a traditional APP role. This is an opportunity to become the primary advanced practice provider in a growing vein and vascular clinic, take ownership of patient care, develop procedural expertise, and help shape the future of a specialty practice from the ground up. You will manage patients with venous insufficiency, varicose veins, chronic lower extremity swelling, vascular-related wounds, peripheral vascular concerns, and other vein and vascular conditions while working closely with our Interventional Radiologist for complex arterial disease, deep venous disease, advanced interventions, and procedural oversight. The RoleClinical Care As the primary clinic APP, you will independently evaluate and manage patients throughout their vein and vascular care journey.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting new patient consultations Performing comprehensive venous and vascular assessments Developing individualized treatment plans Managing follow-up visits Reviewing and discussing diagnostic findings with patients Evaluating treatment response and disease progression Providing procedural follow-up care Coordinating multidisciplinary treatment Educating patients regarding vascular disease, treatment options, prevention, and long-term management Participating in quality improvement initiatives Helping develop clinical workflows, protocols, and best practices Complex vascular cases will be managed collaboratively with our Interventional Radiologist. Vascular Diagnostics The provider will develop a strong working knowledge of vascular diagnostic testing and incorporate findings into treatment planning. This includes review and clinical interpretation of: Venous reflux studies Venous duplex ultrasounds ABI/TBI testing Peripheral vascular screenings Lower extremity vascular evaluations The APP will collaborate closely with the Interventional Radiologist and vascular ultrasound team when findings require advanced evaluation or intervention. Procedural Opportunities One of the most exciting aspects of this position is the opportunity to develop and perform office-based vein procedures. Depending on prior experience, training, credentialing, and demonstrated competency, procedural responsibilities may include: Sclerotherapy Spider vein treatment Reticular vein treatment Varicose vein treatment Follow-up and touch-up sessions Ultrasound-Guided Sclerotherapy Treatment of symptomatic superficial veins Adjunctive treatment following ablation procedures Microphlebectomy Patient evaluation and selection Procedure preparation Procedure performance based on experience and competency Post-procedure management Varithena Patient selection Procedure performance Post-procedure care VenaSeal Patient selection Procedure performance Post-procedure management Procedural training may be provided for motivated candidates with strong transferable clinical or procedural experience. Vascular-Related Wound Care Wound care experience is highly valued but not required.

Evaluation of vascular-related lower extremity wounds Assessment of venous contribution to delayed healing Compression management Coordination with wound care specialists Identification of patients who may benefit from vascular intervention Conditions You Will Commonly Manage Our patients may present with: Chronic venous insufficiency Varicose veins Spider and reticular veins Chronic lower extremity swelling Chronic venous hypertension Venous ulcer risk and active venous ulceration Post-thrombotic syndrome Superficial thrombophlebitis Claudication symptoms Peripheral vascular concerns Vascular risk factors Chronic lower extremity pain or heaviness related to vascular disease Collaboration You will work closely with: Interventional Radiologists Vascular ultrasound technologists Medical Assistants Primary care and specialty referring providers Wound care providers Home health agencies Skilled nursing facilities Community healthcare organizations Strong communication and collaboration are essential to this role.
