Job Description
Landscape Laborer - Marble & Moss Design Marble & Moss Design is looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our landscape construction team. We are growing and looking for team members who are willing to work hard, learn, and grow with the company. This is a hands-on outdoor position working on residential landscape installation and construction projects throughout Utah County and surrounding areas. Experience is helpful, but not required . We are willing to train the right person. Spanish-speaking applicants are encouraged to apply. English fluency is not required for this position, and Spanish is commonly spoken among our field crews. What You'll Do Assist with landscape installation and construction projects Dig, grade, move materials, and prepare job sites Install plants, rock, mulch, sod, and other landscape materials Assist with irrigation, hardscape, drainage, and other landscape installations Load, unload, and move tools and materials Use hand and power tools safely Keep job sites clean and organized Follow instructions from crew leads and supervisors Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work Comfortable working outside in hot and cold weather Able to lift and move landscaping materials Reliable transportation to work Valid driver's license preferred Landscaping or construction experience is a plus, but not required Must be 18 years or older Pay & Hours Starting at $20/hour Opportunities for raises based on performance, reliability, skills, and responsibility Full-time position Approximately 35-50 hours per week , depending on workload and season Overtime may be available We're looking for people who want more than just a temporary job.
