Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our landscaping team — both in construction and maintenance . In this role, you'll help create, beautify, and maintain residential and commercial properties throughout the year. This is a year-round position with opportunities to assist in on-call snow removal services during the winter and Christmas light installation and takedown during the holiday season. Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality workmanship, and have or are eager to develop skills in landscaping, construction, and seasonal services. Duties & Responsibilities Perform landscaping and maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and garden bed upkeep. Carry out construction tasks related to landscape projects (pavers, retaining walls, planters, etc.). Safely operate hand tools, power equipment, and machinery. Assist with on-call snow removal , including plowing, shoveling, and applying de-icer to maintain safe access for clients. Participate in Christmas light installation and takedown , ensuring professional, safe, and timely service. Install and maintain irrigation systems for proper lawn and plant care. Support hardscape construction such as patios, walkways, and garden borders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites, vehicles, and tools. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and uphold company safety standards. Qualifications Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or groundskeeping preferred but not required. Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment is a plus. Ability to work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented with strong attention to detail. Willingness to be on-call for snow removal and holiday light services as needed. Strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Valid driver's license preferred.
