Bring sharp coaching eyes—spotting movement flags and giving feedback that keeps people safe, confident, and improving. Collaborate with our team on programming, systems, and marketing projects. Continue developing your own skills as a coach, with mentorship and ongoing education built into the role.
What We're Looking For:
You've got education or certification in Exercise Science, Strength & Conditioning, Personal Training, or a related field. (Pre-Script, CrossFit, Precision Nutrition, or other specialty certs are a plus.) You have hands-on coaching experience (internship, group classes, private training, or similar). You're an excellent communicator and can create a great training experience for every client. You're reliable, organized, and growth-minded—you want to keep learning and getting better.
