We are seeking a trustworthy, energetic, and hospitality-minded individual or couple to live on-site and help oversee the daily operation of a beautiful historic farm featuring nine unique Airbnb accommodations. • Prepare, clean, and inspect Airbnb accommodations between guest stays.
• Welcome guests and ensure they enjoy a memorable experience.
• Manage housekeeping schedules, supplies, and routine property inspections.
• Monitor the property and identify maintenance needs before they become larger issues.
• Assist with the care and well-being of the farm animals.
• Work closely and collaboratively with the farm's full-time farmhand, Curtis, to ensure the property operates smoothly.
• Help maintain the grounds and common areas in a clean, attractive, and welcoming condition.
• Respond to occasional guest questions or unexpected issues with professionalism and good judgment.
