Patient Population / Client Focus You will primarily work with patients who are recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions. Your focus will be on helping them achieve optimal health outcomes through tailored rehabilitation strategies. Qualifications A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required. An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia, with no sanctions or board proceedings on your record. Demonstrated mastery of various manual therapy modalities and therapeutic exercises. Proven ability to design effective exercise programs that cater to a variety of patient needs. Proficient in using EMR systems, particularly Web PT, for detailed documentation. A strong foundation in current physical therapy practices and research, enabling evidence-based care. Preferred Experience Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable. Experience with sports medicine and rehabilitation therapies is a plus.
