What You'll Do Perform commercial landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general cleanup. Assist with pruning, mulching, planting, fertilization, and other landscape services. Safely operate hand tools, mowers, and other landscaping equipment. Work alongside your crew to complete each property safely and efficiently. Keep trucks, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. Assist with snow and ice operations during the winter when needed. Participate in training and learn new skills that can lead to greater responsibility and advancement. What We're Looking For A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Dependability and a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures. Landscaping or lawn-care experience is preferred but not required. Ability to safely operate tools and equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
