Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible)

Diamond Farm Winery and Brewery About Us Diamond Farm Venue is a premier wedding and event destination dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences in a beautiful countryside setting. We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Groundskeeper who takes pride in maintaining a property to the highest standards. Position Summary The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of the venue grounds before, during, and after weddings and special events. This individual will work closely with the venue management team to ensure the property is always guest ready. Responsibilities Mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas. Plant, water, prune, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees. Assist with seasonal landscaping and mulching. Set up and take down ceremony and reception spaces as needed. Maintain fencing, gates, walkways, gravel drives, and parking areas. Perform minor repairs to buildings, barns, furniture, and equipment. Operate mowers, utility vehicles, and other equipment safely. Keep the venue clean by removing trash and debris. Assist with snow removal or storm cleanup when necessary. Support the event team with venue preparation before weddings and special events. Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently. Qualifications Previous grounds maintenance, landscaping, farm, or construction experience. Ability to lift 50+ pounds. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Experience operating lawn equipment and power tools is a plus. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Valid driver's license. Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends during wedding season.
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
