Overview We are seeking experienced landscapers to join our dynamic team and bring outdoor spaces to life! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing a variety of landscapes, ensuring they are healthy, attractive, and safe. Your expertise in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and equipment operation will help create beautiful environments that inspire and delight clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, apply your skills in horticulture and hardscape projects, and contribute to the transformation of outdoor spaces with energy and precision. We perform professional landscaping and grounds maintenance for commercial and municipal contracts. We are looking for dependable individuals who have hands on experience in the landscaping industry. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, trimming trees and bushes , weed eating, edging, to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy. Operate groundskeeping equipment such as lawnmowers, power tools, irrigation systems, and snow plowing machinery safely and efficiently. Conduct regular groundskeeping inspections to identify issues early. Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of landscaping practices and grounds maintenance Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment operation and troubleshooting power tools and irrigation systems Familiarity with plant identification, horticulture principles, and lawn care techniques Ability to follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks involving equipment or chemicals Skilled in using hand tools for precise gardening or landscaping tasks Experience with snow plowing or winter groundskeeping is a plus for seasonal coverage Excellent physical stamina for lifting, bending, digging, and working outdoors in various weather conditionsJoin us if you're passionate about creating stunning landscapes!
