The General Laborer will assist in various needs for apartment communities, commercial properties, and new construction. These include landscaping installation, landscape maintenance, E & S work, residential/ small commercial drainage and much more.

Qualifications:

Must have a desire to learn various trades and excel in the work to be performed. Experience preferred but not required. Ability to learn from supervisors and apply logical thinking to define and solve problems. Position requires ability to perform physical all day including heavy lifting. Must be available on weekends for staffing needs and emergencies (ex: snow removal). May be required to perform work onsite with jobs outside a landscape/construction scope of work. Out of state, overnight travel occasionally. Must be able to travel to any property on a day-to-day basis. Driver's License/ dependable transportation required The General Laborer position offers growth potential, paid holidays and vacation time.
