Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Crew Leader, Landscaper to spearhead our landscaping and maintenance projects. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of skilled landscapers to deliver exceptional outdoor environments for our clients. Your leadership will ensure that every project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Duties Lead and supervise a team of landscapers, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to quality standards Oversee landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, pruning, planting, and seasonal cleanups Coordinate irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal watering efficiency Assist with landscaping projects such as construction of garden beds, pathways, retaining walls, and other features Conduct tree care activities including pruning, trimming, and health assessments Ensure safety protocols are followed during all outdoor operations and equipment use Provide guidance on horticultural practices and maintain the health of plants and lawns Requirements Proven supervising experience in landscaping or related outdoor maintenance fields Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, and lawn care techniques Experience with construction projects involving outdoor structures or features Familiarity with irrigation systems, tree care practices, and general garden management Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team effectively Physical ability to perform outdoor labor including lifting, bending, digging, and operating equipment Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively Join us in creating beautiful landscapes that inspire!
