In addition, all candidates must have the following: Must have reliable transportation to and from shop VALID driver's license Minimum 2• year of experience• with weed eater/zero turn mower (3+ years preferred). Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Must be punctual, dependable, and team-oriented . Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently and safely. Pass an ILLEGAL drug screen Submit to a background check

Skill Requirements:

This position primarily involves landscape maintenance and mowing, with periodic assistance on hardscape projects. Candidates should have strong landscaping experience, while any hardscape experience or knowledge is considered an advantage. Proficient with weed eater, mower and other landscape equipment . Experience in operating hedge trimmers , edgers, and blowers, and others hand tools safely and efficiently. Knowledge of proper mowing heights and grass health practices . Ability to take direction and follow it accurately.

THIS IS A CORE REQUIREMENT!

! Basic understanding of planting and mulch installation Experience setting steps, borders, and decorative rock or gravel a plus but not required
